"Device Explorer RecSync" is software that records video of equipment abnormalities in production sites when used in combination with network cameras from Axis Communications. By installing this software on network cameras in the manufacturing line, it enables video tracking of events before and after abnormalities without changing the existing PLC program. 【Features】 ■ Automatic recording of camera footage based on PLC signals - Monitors PLC triggers based on pre-set conditions - When an abnormal signal is detected, it records camera footage before and after the abnormality and saves the recording data to storage such as NAS or SD cards ■ Easy setup via browser - Various settings such as communication destination PLC and triggers can be configured through a web interface - Any device that can use common web browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge can perform the setup from anywhere ■ Can be implemented without changing existing PLCs - Simply install RecSync on AXIS cameras and connect the existing PLC and network cameras via LAN for implementation - No changes to the existing PLC settings are necessary
